About IOCL Exam
The IOCL is an acronym for The Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Currently, It allows the candidates to fill up the vacancies for various posts. IOCL Exam Eligibility Criteria 2022
Candidates who apply for this post must fulfill the eligibility criteria of IOCL.
According to Government rules, the eligibility criteria include the following:
The Candidates who are interested in the post of Trade Apprentice qualify for the Senior Secondary Examination that is 10 and +2. The candidates can also hold the Graduation or Engineering Degree or Diploma which will be considered an added advantage. The candidates not only must have the minimum age of 18 years but also must not be above 24 years of age. The age relaxation is also an added advantage for the candidates applying for this post.

IOCL Salary
The Candidates selected for the respective posts of Trade Apprentice in the IOCL will be paid a salary of Pay Matrix Level-5 later. In that case, the salary is prescribed under the Apprentices Act of 1961/1973/Apprentices rule of 1992 as amended and corporation guidelines. Moreover, the details about the salary are explained in the official Notification which will be attached to this post. Therefore please refer to the official notification for more details about the salary.
The amount of stipend payable to apprentices per month is prescribed under Apprentices Act 1961/1973/ Apprentices Rules 1992 and Corporation’s guidelines. Initially, the candidates selected for the post of Trade apprentice will get the monthly stipend amount of Rs.10,000/- per month.
At the initial stage, the candidates selected for the post of Trade apprentice will get the monthly stipend amount of Rs.12,000- per month.
The following holidays are allowed for trade/ technician apprentice posts:
The leaves that are not used will be expired at the end of the apprenticeship period. However, the apprentice using these holidays are observed in the establishment in which the candidates are undergoing apprenticeship training.
