About BARC Exam
The BARC Exam is conducted by the BARC and every year they release the exam dates, fees, eligibility, and notification. BARC Recruitment 2021 Exam dates; Fees, Eligibility, and Notification have been released by the BARC in its official website. The exam is conducted online mode and is a golden opportunity for Engineering and Science students to be part of the most prestigious research center.
There are two levels of BARC Recruitment:
The application fee for the BARC Recruitment exam is Rs 500/- for General/OBC and the fee is exempted for SC/ST/Females/PH.

BARC Eligibility Criteria 2022
Every exam has certain eligibility criteria which the candidate needs to qualify for getting selected for various posts. Similarly, for BARC Recruitment there are certain BARC eligibility criteria. They are:
To qualify as a Medical/ Scientific Officer-D, candidates must hold an MD / M.S. / DNB, M.D.S. degree for the post of Medical/ Scientific Officer-D as per the discipline for which they are applying for.
To qualify as a Medical /Scientific Officer-C; the candidate has to have MBBS with one-year institutional experience where the mandatory internship will not be counted as experience.
To qualify as a Technical Officer-C, M.Sc., B.E., B. E. / B. Tech. with ≥ 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University.
To apply for Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA & QC, code 32), the candidate must have successfully completed B.E. /B.Tech. /B.Sc. (Engineering)/5-year Integrated M.Tech. In Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree.
for the candidate who is interested in Fast Reactor, Technology-E (FRT-E, code 31) must hold a degree B.E. /B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering)/5-year Integrated M.Tech. In Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering the candidate with at least 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree.
Those who apply for Fast Reactor Technology-M (FRT-M, code 30) must have done B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engineering)/5-year Integrated M.Tech.In Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree.

The BARC exam pattern has yet to be released, but it is expected to be the same as last year’s. We shall update the new syllabus, in case of any changes:
BARC Exam Syllabus
BARC 2021 Exam Syllabus 2021 would be specific to the subjects selected by the candidate appearing either for the Engineering or Science stream. The question paper will assess the candidate in the respective fields. But the exam will not test the candidate in general Knowledge, General English, and Quantitative Aptitude.

BARC Salary
The candidates who will be appointed as a Medical/Scientific Officer and Technical Officer will be given the following salary depending upon the post.

BARC Exam Result
The candidates who get selected after the BARC Recruitment screening test are called for the Interview at the board-specified location. After selection candidates should book their interview slot by logging into their account. The final list of Selected candidates for OCES/DGFS – 2021 (Scientific Officer) will be released shortly after the online screening test and interview.

ANS: No, there are no limits on the number of attempts in the BARC Exam. The candidates can apply for the exam any number of times, given that he or they fulfil the eligibility criteria. However, candidates need to keep check of their age to attempt BARC Exam.
ANS: Yes, you can apply for BARC Recruitment. Provide details of your M.Tech. under other additional qualifications while filling in academic background details.
ANS: Candidates will get an e-mail stating the application was submitted successfully after one has successfully filled the application form. Candidates can also log in to their accounts for checking the application status.
