Q. Who is eligible to apply for the post of India Post GDS?
Candidates who have passed their 10th standard examination are eligible to apply for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak.
Q. Are there any limits on the number of attempts in the BARC Exam?
No, there are no limits on the number of attempts in the BARC Exam. The candidates can apply for the exam any number of times, given that he or they fulfil the eligibility criteria. However, candidates need to keep check of their age to attempt BARC Exam.
Q. I have completed my M.Tech. am I eligible for BARC Recruitment 2022?
Yes, you can apply for BARC Recruitment 2022. Provide details of your M.Tech. under other additional qualifications while filling in academic background details.
Q. How will I know if my application is accepted?
Candidates will get an e-mail stating the application was submitted successfully after one has successfully filled the application form. Candidates can also log in to their accounts for checking the application status.
Q. How will I know I have been shortlisted for further rounds of selection?
Candidates will be sent an intimation on their registered email ids. One can also visit official websites or can constantly follow other recruitment websites for updates.
Q. Is an email address required for filling in an online application?
A valid email id is required before filling the online application form. It will also help receive email updates/alerts relating to the apprentice engagement process from ONGC. ONGC shall not be responsible for any emails bouncing back or mails being sent to spam folders etc.
Q. Candidates should keep which documents for future reference?
The candidate should keep a copy of their registration slip; No other documents are required to be sent to ONGC unless requested.
Q. What are the eligibility criteria for appearing at the ICMR Recruitment examination?
Candidates appearing for any and all of the respective posts must have completed their post-graduation degree i.e., they should have an MA or MSc.
Candidates who appear for their final semester examination can also apply for the job posts and set their qualifications as results awaited. One of the major reasons why the qualification bar is set to post-graduation is to ensure that the candidates appearing for these posts are highly educated in the field and possess a piece of knowledge about the job.
Candidates from the General and OBC Category need a minimum of 55% in their qualifying examination, while candidates from the SC/ST and PwBD categories need a minimum score of 50%.
Q. Is the application fee for all candidates the same for appearing in the ICMR recruitment exam?
The application fee for the ICMR examination is different for different candidates. The fee structure is different for the reserved and unreserved candidates. Moreover, the detailed fee structure can be found on the official website of the ICMR.
- Rs 1500 – General and OBC candidates
- Rs 1200 for SC/ST candidates
- No fee for PwBD
Q. What is the syllabus for the ICMR Recruitment Examination 2022?
The syllabus consists of Life Sciences and Social Sciences.
Life Sciences: microbiology, physiology, molecular biology, genetics, human biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, immunology, biophysics, and pharmacology.
Other topics are nursing, zoology, environmental sciences, botany, veterinary sciences, psychology, sociology, anthropology, social work, home sciences, statistics, and public health/health economics.
Q. What is the salary structure of the ICMR recruits?
The salary structure of the ICMR Recruitment posts differs according to different posts. The pay scale for the post of the Junior Research Fellowship starts from 31,000/-. On the other hand, the pay scale for the other post of the ICMR Recruitment lies between the salary range of Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 67,000.

IOCL stands for Indian Oil Corporation Limited. It’s all publicly owned national oil companies with business interest scandalizing the entire hydrocarbon value chain starting from refining pipelines, transportation and marketing of petroleum products to exploration and production of crude oil and gas marketing of natural gases and petrochemicals.
Q. What is the eligibility criteria for IOCL?
The eligibility criteria to get into IOCL is as follows:
- Candidates belonging to general and OBC non-creamy layer categories should have a minimum of 65% marks in their qualifying examinations.
- Candidates belonging to scheduled caste and scheduled tribe categories or having any disabilities should have a minimum of 55% in their degree examinations.

No, there is no Application fee.
Q. What will be the medium of the IOCL Recruitment exam?
The IOCL exam takes place in two languages that are Hindi & English.
Q. What is the basic pay scale for employees selected for different posts at IOCL recruitment through GATE?
The basic pay scale starts from 60,000 per month and the total CTC is approximately 17,00,000.

Q. Where are the trade apprentice job locations placed?
The Trade apprentice job locations are placed in the States of South India.
Q. How about the frequency of IOCL Recruitment?
There is no fixed frequency of recruitment. It depends on the availability of the post.
Q. What are the two levels of the BARC Recruitment process?
In the BARC Recruitment process, there are two levels in which the candidate has to qualify. They are:
- Online exam
- Personal interview
Q. What is the Exam pattern for the BARC recruitment exam?
The exam pattern for the BARC Recruitment is not out yet. However, the exam pattern is the same as last year. you can get the update of the exam pattern and new syllabus, in case of any changes from the official website.
The BARC Exam is similar to the GATE Exam. Here is a list of key points about the BARC exam pattern.
- The exam is online mode.
- Multiple-choice questions.
- The Paper consists of a total of 100 Questions.
- The time duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
- Each question carries 3 marks.
- 1 mark deduction for each incorrect answer.
Q. What is India post GDS salary?
The salary for GDS post in India is Rs. 10,000 for a 4 hour shift and Rs. 12,000 for a 5 hour shift. The minimum TRCA Level 1 for 4 hours has increased to INR 12000 per month and the maximum goes upto INR 29, 380 per month in the TRCA slab.
Q. What is India post GDS recruitment?
The recruitment for the GDS (GraminDakSevak), MTS, Mail Guard, Postman, Postal Assistant, and Sorting Assistant positions is announced by India Post. On or before the deadline, candidates who wish to apply for any of these positions may do so online through India Post’s official website.
Q. Is GDS and postman same?
GDS ABPM is at times referred to as the postman by people. GDS and Postman are different from one another. Only department post offices, including headquarters and some sub-post offices, will employ postmen. Uniforms will be worn to work by the postman. Whereas, in GDS, they doesn’t have uniforms. The GDS acts as an account officer will and transfers the account bag from the sub-post office.
